NWJ just take your money and charge you "FEES" of having a credit.

Do not ever have a "Credit" on your account at NWJ because NWJ charge YOU a "FEE" of having a "Credit" on your account.

My account was never in arrears, I always paid my account accordingly. In such a manner that Unfortunately I paid more that I was supposed to. Then I have not use the account on Months (almost an year) then all of the sudden I found that I was charged almost R70 a month for "Fees" So R600 was just taken from me with NO communication from NWJ AT ALL!!!!!! I told them to close my account immediately and take the last bid of MY money that is left in the account. So he told me that the money will be "Written off" ....... NWJ is Not writing the money off I AM - Its my money NWJ is scoring ..... I'll have you know ..... NWJ will wright of money they already have ...
