NWJ Jewelry Kollenade

I bought my daughter a Tomato watch from NWJ Kollenade on the 9th of December 2018. It is a Tomato watch with a white wrist band with blue on the sides. I took the watch back on 27/12/2018 to complain about the blue sides fading and the copper around the face of the watch also looks like it is comming off. They informed me that the only gaurantee is on the watch mechanical side. I told them that we did not even had the watch for 20 days and they just told me that there is nothing they can or will do. I think it is pathetic service and that they are selling bad products to the public. I understand their gaurantee but the watch's colour fading within 20 days and they cant do nothing?. I will never buy from NWJ again.
