NWJ Jewellery has the worst service
NWJ is the worst Jewellery is the worst. I ordered a ring and set of earrings on the 30th of November. My ceremony was on the 19th and I still had not received the goods so I had to buy from another reliable supplier. I then asked them to cancel my order as I would not need the good anymore and wooooow after making me wait more than 20days for a 7day delivery they still tell me to wait 4-7 working days for a refund. They have no respect for their clients.
