NWJ I want my money back

Lee is the manager at NWJ Hemmingways branch, she totally demolished the great service i received form Yonela and another lady when i bought a watch in September last year. Firstly, the watch was disfuntional within 3 months, I took the entire box to the store and Lee said "i only need the watch" with a very bad attitude. I was even shocked that she is a manager due to her poor client service

2 months later, I was told to pay for the watch though it is still under warranty, when I probed about this payment, I was told that it's due to the fact that I didn't bring the guarantee card, which i brought to the store but was turned around rudely

Until this day, I still do not have a watch and she keeps on promising to contact me, even when I call the store she does not return my phone calls. Her store is notorious for discriminating against Black people, maybe that is one of the reasons why I am neglected.

NWJ, I want my money back if you cannot resolve this asap
