NWJ horrible service
If I could give zero stars I would. We bought my engagement ring at NWJ Table Bay Mall. One of the diamonds fell out on the day of the engagement. Took it in the next day and Carryn made lots of promises. Had to phone after them just to be told the ring was never booked in, I can go to another jeweller who would do it faster, two weeks down the line the ring is still not at the jeweller and Natasha can't give me any feedback as to when it will be collected to be fixed or when it would be ready. I had to postpone engagement shoots on my account because of their bad service. So I've been engaged for a month with nothing to show. Really really bad service

I will definitely be taking the ring back to get my money back. NWJ you should really be ashamed of yourselves...0 good reviews but still no improvement in quality or service!
