NWJ does not deliver - WARNING !!!!!! - No JEWELRY, still NO REFUND

I have made a purchase online for an special occasion, believing that NWJ will deliver as they advertise 3 - 5 days for delivery from date of disbur*****t. After placing the order, 2 days later i follow up with their costumer care. The first thing they refer me to terms and conditions; immediately it made me nervous that this company will "NOT DELIVER". On my second follow up (a week later) they advised the goods are available as they have been sourced and it will be delivered within 3 - 5 working days (again). A week later, no feedback i had to follow up again, they tell me that "again they have been looking for items as they where not in the warehouse, however this they have found the items that the order was placed on". This is now 3 weeks later. Subsequent to these empty promises and disappointment of not having the items available as promised, i cancelled the order and now NWJ promised that the money will be reversed within 24 - 48 hrs. Almost a week later and no feedback from NWJ nor the refund. This is very disturbing and disappointing that a Tier 1 company like NWJ will leave you without a gift, even worse, delay the replacement of your money. Surely i will not recommend anyone to place and order with NWJ.
