NWJ diamonds

My husband bought my engagement ring at NWJ in October 2019 by January 2020 diamonds was missing ans the struggle just continue.

Took the ring back to repair three times after which they approved a exchange. 4 months later the same issue.. Diamonds falling out.

They do not want to allow a refund and tels me to not take any ring with small diamond. I exhanges the ring again.. everytime I need to pay in as the prices increased..

Poor client service and quality.. Had my rings more in for assessment and repairs as to be wearing them..

So disappointed in NWJ
