Nwj Centurion mall **** about the amount of working days that my ring would be at their head office in Durban

I gave in my engagement ring after roughly 2 weeks from when it was baught. One of the claws broke and one of the 3 tanzanite stones was discoloured. I spoke to the manager myself when I gave in my ring and the manager told me that the claws are very fragile and that is absolutely ridiculous for a 9 carat white gold ring. I had to send in my ring to the head office and the manager told me that if the head office sees the discoloured stone that I would get a new ring. Now all of a sudden when I called them after 10 working days, nwj says that the workshop is busy with stock take and I have to wait another 10 working days. This is ridiculous. I can't believe a ring that is worth so much just discoloures. I think it is pathetic of nwj to not replace my ring for it is a manifacturing fault. I am deeply dissapointed in the service I received from them.
