NWJ Bluff Towers is a joke of a business.
Bought a beautiful ring for my wife's birthday. 3 days later the stone fell out, but luckely my wife found the stone. Informed NWJ immediately and they requested for the ring to be brought back to the store. Handed the ring back to them with the loose stone. Now they need to send it to HQ for investigation. Took more thank a week. Came back exactly as handed in.... they gave my wife the option to choose another ring... but she didn't like the others and they didn't have her size... now she opted for a refund. Guess what? NWJ have to run it by their HQ again. Please come back again and again and again, untill we have an answer.
They never phone to update the client. What ******* service is this???? Never ever will we buy from NWJ ever again.
We do apologise for this, however, due to the item not being a manufacturing default, we cannot offer you a refund, but an exchange. If you did not find a ring at Bluff, you are welcome to go to any of our other stores with the ring and receipt for the exchange. For the size, the ring can be resized.
