NWJ ARE COMMITING *****!

This company is ******** people and committing blatant *****! The Hillcrest branch sold me a Silver band and Silver ring Sep 2021 for around 2k. exactly 1 month after purchase the 'Silver' rings peel away and copper shows!! WHAT! its not real Silver its silver plated copper ****! I send it back and they send it for evaluation and then 1 month later they call and say the rings have been 'fixed'........ FIXED!?? i didnt say fix it you ******** i wanted a refund. HeadOffice calls me some rude B of a woman! saying and i quote 'Only I know how it turned copper'..........WHAT!! you 12IQ idiot REAL SILVER CANT TURN COPPER! they wont refund. So now I have reached out and found a whole lot of people that have bought **** gold from these aholes and we all building a case. ******** people left and right.
