No Value for Money: NWJ Ballito

The most terrible treatment i have ever experienced in my life. I bought Police watch from NWJ Ballito . It only worked for less than two months, it looses time(it stops). I took it in for repairs in September 2018. I waited for more than a month for it to come back. I was called to come and collect it and they told me that they replaced the motor, to my surprise 4 days later it had the same problem. I took it back again, after a week they called me to come and collect it, they assured me that it is working and they have been monitoring it. Now is having the same problem. It is really frustrating and unfair to me as a customer to pay so much for a watch that is faulty. I deserve a brand new working watch or refund.
