No goods

I ordered two rings online on the 22nd Jan 2024.I have yet not received anything anything.I received a mail on the 24th confirming the order and payment Then on the 26st I received the following... "hank you for your order, your support means a lot to us.

We are currently re-sizing or sourcing your order and you’ll receive a confirmation once your order is ready for collection by our courier.

Kind regards " Then on the 31st I received another mail stating that they have not forgotten about me and i rep**** on the 6th Feb 2024(Yesterday) and all the mails is bouncing back to me and yet after 16 days i have paid for something which is mend for my wife for Valentines day and no one is coming back to me...
