No feedback for copper ring
I purchased a ring in November for my mum, there is a long story about this. But it seems as if i was sold a 9ct copper ring instead of gold. i sent this ring in for "checking" with the fourways store and the area manager called me on Monday and advised me he will call me by the end of last week with feedback, i have no heard anything about this as yet. Please can your regional manager contact me. I have pictures of the item and i am going to post it on social media, this definitely will hurt your company as you can clearly see its not fully gold
