I went to NWJ on 30 October to resize my ring, at NWJ clearwater mall and was told on Monday 1 Nov, that I would get feedback on whether the ring will be sized according to the size I needed, the lady assisting me did not call me back, its been over a week, and nothing, I dont know her name but there was two sales ladies at the store when I went on Saturday, this is ridiculous
