NO Feeadback

I had a problem with a ring that I bought for my daughter at NWJ Kolonnade. I took the ring back. They did not have stock and a new ring in her size, they said they would phone me on the Wednesday to come and fetch a new ring, well, it's been 2 weeks now and NOBODY has phoned me back
