Night mare

Good day, I bought a ring in September last year and the stone fell off in December. I took back it back it January and they returned it last month (February), they didn't even inform me that the ring was back. I had to go back to the store when i saw that time was passing. Now the stone fell off again. I've taken it back and they said they need to contact the head office since I indicated I do no longer want the ring. This would take probably another month while i suffer without a wedding ring.
