Never Shop at NWJ!

Nwj in Galleria Mall doesn't even deserve a 1 star. I got my engagement ring, wedding ring and a bracelet from this store and have been having endless issues with the stones falling off my rings and bracelet keeps cutting. After supposedly "fixing" the rings the diamonds put back is discoloured and not even positioned correctly (slanted). I'm so concerned that my husband had paid alot of money for a 18ct ring but after it went in for repairs it doesn't look the same, how do I know if a cheaper diamond was replaced if they can't even position the diamond correctly??

When I raised my concern to Sagrie at the Galleria branch she says to me I should return my wedding ring and get a new one if I'm unhappy about the diamonds falling off!!!!

My bracelet went in for repairs for the 4th time now and we get slapped with a bill for it without even being informed there was a possibility of us being charged. Both my wedding and engagement rings went in atleast 3 times for their stones falling off!! With no help from Chantel the store manager, not being able to even get hold of their head office, I will never ever shop at nwj again let alone recommend them to anyone. Their horrible reviews say it all!!!
