Need my Ring back

I took my wedding ring in to NWJ Cape Gate for repairs to replace one of the diamonds in my ring, in January 2024, 6 weeks after they contacted me with a quote, I accepted, Ive been trying for 3 months to get hold of them only to find out the store closed. Im devastated as the ring is worth over R40000 and of very sentimental value to me.ITS MY WEDDING RING!!!!! Who can i contact and can someone please advise on next steps.
