Most useless company in SA!

About a month ago I lodged a complaint about the useless staff working at NWJ jewellers in Kolonade centre with regards to a repair I had booked in there and the terrible service given by them. The matter was escalated to higher in command, they quickly closed the case on Hello Peter as a resolved matter, but in fact the matter is still floating in thin air. I have to phone them weekly just to find out what is going on with NO CONTACT from their side to me. A very helpfull lady keeps talking to me and directing me towards the people that is supposed to resolve this, but no one else is reachable on a daily basis. I would encourage anyone looking at going into a jewellery store not even to consider this franchise as an option. Feel free to contact me anytime, I will tell you about this terrible service.
