Lost ring due to store closures Cape Gate and Tyger Valley Branches.

I took my wife's ring (Silver with Tanzanite stone) in for refitting the Tanzanite stone that was dislodge from the ring. That was January 2024 that I took it to the Cape Gate Branch, where I was told I will be receiving a call from them with a quotation with regards to the refitting of the stone. When after a few weeks we did not hear from them I went to the store and found that they were closed, assuming remodeling of the store I was not that worried. The in February I received a call from the Tyger Valley Branch, they in turn told me that the Cape Gate Branch closed down and that the Tyger Valley Branch are handling all the repairs from the Cape Gate Branch and if I still want to send the ring for a quotation on the refitting of the stone. I told them that at this stage I was already waiting for the ring to be back with the relevant quotation, but please go ahead and send the ring for the quotation. Then in March when I still have not heard anything further from the Tyger Valley Branch I tried contacting them telephonically , but no answer and therefore I went to the store to find them closed down as well. I therefore have no idea as tio where the ring is currently or whom to contact regarding the ring.
