Learning new things...
First time ordering online and we were excited because other people had very positive experiences. We unfortunately haven't been so lucky. Waiting for 6 days now for a pendant, chain and earring set, that was supposed to be delivered from one shop to another. Can it be that orders are taking a bit longer because of the festive season? Just thought there would be a notification of sorts then, notifying customers of the delay...

18 Dec 2019, 10:39Thank you for responding Care Team. We are just a bit disappointed with how long it takes. We placed the order online on 11th of December with the hope of the Anniversary present not taking too long, and now, it's been a week. Granted the 16th of Dec was a public holiday, but if we knew it would take this long, I'd rather have driven to a shop further to the one we ordered it to be delivered to. Have a great day!

19 Dec 2019, 16:49So we called a few times, went into the shop a few times, called the online customer center, and we get told "we hope it gets delivered soon" or "we hope that it didn't get delivered to the incorrect store"!!! This tells me it's happened before! The call center takes forever to "wait for a reply"...I'm really not impressed. This was supposed to be an anniversary present to me from my husband, and we are being given ****py answers like "no, it takes 3-5 working days" and "we hope it gets delivered today, so sorry about that". Not impressed at all!
