Its Long past 48 Hours!!!!!!

I lodged a complaint 2 weeks ago and after waiting a length of time i got a reply to say they will provide feedback within 48 hours.... Its now over a week since then and no one has had the decency to call or do anything!! More spectacular service from NWJ!
