is this quality or quantity

i bought my ring last year November and this year 2 stone fall out already and they i took the ring back and they managed to replace the stone it was maybe in may and now another stone fall out and i was told that i only have 6 month warranty and after that i have to pay out of my pocket, my ring as not lasted a year and am experiencing this it means in the next 5 years i would be the regular at nwj. can someone call be to take this ring so that it can be molded nicely so that keep it with me for many years to come
