In store *******

So my husband went to the Chatsworth center store and purchased a pair of earing at R3800 and then when I browsed their website the same product is R2971 when I called the store to enquire about the price difference the manager was extremely rude and told me that online prices and in store prices are different. I asked if I can get a refund considering I never even try the item on and she said no there is no refunds on earrings. So basically they rob people in the store and buying items online is clearly a more cheaper option then why have stores? Very disappointed with the service and the fact that I was over charged for an item by more than R800 and the response was "well there is nothing u can do about it now u already bought the item."
