I write this to specifically highlight 2 individuals, namely Kajal and Karishma, who operate the WhatsApp customer portal These 2 were instrumental in rectifying an issue where the wrong material (ring) was shipped. They initiated a supplier communication to facilitate getting the right item, at no cost to me. They have really made a world of difference through constant communication and taking full responsibility and accountability to rectify the situation Once again, a big thank you to them!!!!
