I will no longer order from NWJ online

I will never order from NWJ online ever again. This is the first time that I placed and online order on 18 November 2023. I sent a mail to NWJ customer service on 22 November as my order was listed as in process but no date of delivery was indicated. I did not receive a response. Note none of their telephone numbers worked or no one picked up. I received a call from the courier company on 27 November to deliver my order. Today is 29 November, the order has not been delivered and NWJ has marked my order as complete on their online system. I called the courier company to track my order as at least there was a tracking number. The courier company indicate that NWJ changed the name of the area where I live hence they couldn't find me. I sent another mail to customer service this morning and they responded saying that the order is with the courier company and will be delivered later this week. So they did not check up with the courier company and are unaware that the courier company could not find my address as NWJ changed the area in which I live. NWJ is clearly not equipped to manage online orders and leave it to the customer to try to solve the order delivery on their own.
