I want my money back!
I ordered a ring online at NWJ but i had to cancel my order. On 31/10/23 I received an email which states that my refund is processed and it will take 7-14 days till to date i have not heared anything from them.

Now your merchandise manager sent me a mail stating that you are having issues with your bank accounts! Yall need to get your stories RIGHT!

On whatsapp I was promised that the refund has been processed, after digging and being told you moved offices that was in october! , where do i enter there? Now your merchandise manager sent me a mail stating that you are having issues with your bank accounts! Yall need to get your stories RIGHT!
