I am horrified by how terrible this company is.

<p>Never before have I encountered such ********** quality of work or service. NWJ is absolutely pathetic in all regards and they deserve a place amongst one of the worst companies in South Africa. I am absolutely appalled by my experience with NWJ so far and I will make damn sure that nobody I know goes to this terrible name! I know this complaint will go unnoticed because no one at NWJ can even stick to a promise to phone back or follow up. This is now the third complaint I will be delivering. I simply requested a ring to be made smaller, but now it's going in for the sixth time due to countless mistakes, i.e, a warped band, removal of the stamp and more misshapen bands. I actually hope NWJ does South Africa a favour and closes down permanently!</p>
