Horrific Experience poor workmanship and customer service

<p>I purchased a ring from NWJ (Pavillion) in January 2017, i was told by the sales man that i could resize the ring to any size that i want (This guy **** to me), so i took the ring, when i wanted to resize i had taken the ring to the Phoenix branch only to be told that it cant be resized. after back and forth it was decided that i could not resize the ring, i either had to choose a new ring which could be resized or make up one. so i choose to make up one. Finally picked up the ring on the 2nd of may, DMJ had made this ring for me, only to find a month later that the stones are moving, i am getting married in a months time, this is by far the worst experience i have recieved. IS THIS THE KIND OF SERVICE US AS CUSTOMERS DEALING WITH. JAN 2017 TO JUNE 2017, I will NEVER again purchase from the NJW they are a bunch of *****. </p>
