Horrible service. Jewelery gone bad

The service at nwj trade route mall is horrible.. Even at customer service level its still horrible and unprofessional. This is my second review regarding jewelery that we purchased at the store which is now changing color yet when it was bought it was written that its 9ct gold but its changing to bronze and when the issue was addressed with the store, berita the store manager was extremely rude informing us that we must just keep the earings as they are coz they is nothing she will do to assist us and they will not be taken back.
