High Price for Inferior Quality
I bought my husband a white gold wedding band. The ring is just over a year old, yet the ring turned gold within three weeks and is cracking. (I have NEVER seen gold crack???) When I contacted NWJ with the ring in hand I was told "Well, this is strange, I'm sorry, I don't know how that happened, I can't explain it" and that is all the "HELP" I received. The ring looks like something purchased on the side of the road. I have supported NWJ for many years now, but this one incident has left a sour taste in my mouth.
