Hi I purchased a wooden ring at NWJ Cresta Mall

Hi I purchased a wooden ring at NWJ Cresta Mall. The ring broke and I took it back to the shop for a refund. I was informed that they will take in the ring. I was also inform that the ring was under guarantee. I signed all the paperwork at the shop and they took in the ring. The lady who assisted me informed me that she will contact me around the 15th of September 2021. Today is the 29th of September 2021 , I haven’t heard from NWJ Cresta. I would not recommend their jewelry to anyone because their products are not of a good quality. Can they please refund me. Thank you, Musa!!!
