Good day I am Mr Bakang Monnahela, I bought my wife a ring at one of your store (NWJ) and I was informed and advice to insure it with the value of R50.000, however in the certificate it was written R35.000. When I claim for ****** ring I was supprissed

I am Mr Bakang Monnahela, I bought my wife a ring at one of your store (NWJ) and I was informed and advice to insure it with the value of R50.000, however in the certificate it was written R35.000. When I claim for ****** ring I was supprissed when the insurance company told me that they phone your store (NWJ) and the value of the ring is R17. 000.
My concern is why they gave me the certificate that is not gonna assist. And why did they advice me to insure with that amount if they knew that it's a fruitless exercise. Therefore I feel been misleaded and misinformed. For what reasons I really don't know.
