**** gold from NWJ Jewellers

My mother in law bought 5 chains as gifts for her son in laws, son and grandchildren early last year. We received our gifts 2023 Christmas. After a few days of using my chain in January 2024, I started to get an allergic reaction around my neck. Surely there is something wrong as I don't get allergic reactions to gold. I went with my wife to NWJ clear water mall to find out what is the makeup of the chain only to be told be the manager that they don't know. I took the chain for an evaluation and it doesn't pass the gold test. These chains coated around R35 000 each. I have sent an email to NWJ and am still waiting for some one to call me and sort out this issue. I am urging people not to support a business that is not truthful about the (so called)gold that they sell and don't even call you when you have an issue. Can someone from NWJ jewellers contact me to fix this . Raynel ***
