Gold Class service!!!

I was quite bitter about the service received in the Westwood Mall branch, however, to my great satisfaction, the entire mishap was resolved within a few hours (by Darren and Auriel at the Bluff branch). I reached the Bluff branch at 5:30pm last night, with my issue been sorted out early this morning, when Darren called. This is the type of customer service and effort every business should aspire to. I am going home today, smiling, because my perception was changed almost immediately, by great employees of NWJ. Also, because I can now wear my very special birthday gift. I will continue to speak of great experiences with the NWJ brand, especially The Bluff branch, and hope that all employees can take a page out of Darren's book. Great service again!! And thank you NWJ, for always bringing light and sparkle to my memories!!
