Getting back my rings

I bought 2 rings 1 wedding and the other 1 is replacement engagement ring. I ask them to resize them at Alberton city to which I didn’t receive a call to inform me that the rings are back. However I went and they are closed. And am getting married next month. Please assist on how to get them back
