Fed up customer 😡😡😡

Hi, I am still not happy with the service from NWJ. I have sent emails following up on my order. My mom’s birthday was 2 weeks ago. I was promised last week I should have my items delivered during the course of the week but still nothing. I followed up, they ignored my email, after my 2nd follow up I was told there are delays with the orders they should dispatch my order last week. I have not received any communication about the order being dispatched and I have to keep telling my mom that her gift is still coming. I don’t even know myself if it will ever be dispatched because I have to keep begging for updates. This is honestly not fair. I can understand there are delays but communicate with me. I am a paying customers i did not ask to be given these items for free i purchased them. What happened to respecting customers. I am highly disappointed. I did not expect this from NWJ. I thought this would have been resolved by now.
