FAULTY WEDDING RING

I bought my wedding ring at NWJ in April 2015 and not even a month later one of the stones had fallen out. I took the ring back and was told it had to be shipped to Durban for an assessment and possible repair, and will be back in 2 to 3 weeks. its over a month now I still haven't heard anything from them. when I call they keep on saying next week. I'm tired of waiting. I'm a newly wed walking around with an empty finger. I want the ring to be replaced with a new one or my money paid back in full so I can buy myself a new ring.
