Fantastic Service

After being told by the Rosebank branch that they would not be able to resize my ring as it cannot be resized more than 2 sizes, I was helped by Ronald in Centurion. I recieved the most amazing service from him yesterday and I had my ring in yesterday afternoon. I just received a call from the store to say that my ring is back in the store and has been resized and ready for collection. Within 24 hours, they were able to get right what Rosebank could not have done in a week and a half. Ronald, you and your staff are absolutely amazing and great ambassadors to the NWJ brand. Other stores should definitely go to you to awesome customer service training. You have made my day, thank you.
