False warranty,and bad customer service

Good day.

I bought this watch on the 24th of December,but on the the first of January at the Hillcrest corner branch i noticed that the gold is wearing off and the watch is loose ,so i took it to the store on wednesday they said there is nothing they can do about it but they will call the manger , they also mentioned it's not real gold it's just tinted with it,since than i have never received any feedback back today i went there i was told the manageress is still not there and given my watch back with no remorse or feedback as to any further assistance to be taken ,it's really bad to receive such service from a store of such a high caliber, was refused an exchange please assist further
