FALSE SELLING FROM NWJ MALL OF AFRICA

<p>I send this message with great disappoint as a consumer in South Africa.<br /> I recently purchased an engagement ring from NWJ Mall of Africa.<br /> On purchase I was being sold a 9ct white gold ring which I paid for in cash full.<br /> I had to go back to the store to have it resized because it did not fit my Fiancé.</p> <p>After going back I was advised by the store at Mall of Africa that I was going to be charged extra for having it sized three times down because it was white gold.</p> <p>We then contacted the Durban store to find out whether the ring had got there and status and whether they had been working on it, and upon that the lady at the store was really rude and arrogant. (I do have a number for the store, ********** 000). Thereafter we were advised that we were sold a SILVER ring even though we paid in for a Gold ring and even after many times being advised by the consultant named Linda that it was white Gold.<br /> Above that how many other customers have they done this to because if we never went back to have it resized we would have never known that we were falsely sold a silver ring.</p>
