**** Diamonds

After having my wedding ring for years, a diamond fell out. I took it to a branch on Saturday for repair only to be told by the consultant that my ring doesn't contain diamonds but cubic cz stones. The ring was sold to us as an 18ct gold diamond ring and now after years, a consultant verifies that its NOT diamonds but actually cubics and its only 9CT! So why sell cubics as diamonds and why engrave rings as 18ct gold when its actually only 9ct gold??? I am very disappointed and wouldn't recommend anyone to purchase these **** rings from NWJ

It's obvious that NWJ sells **** diamonds as you can see they are not denying it in any way. As soon as I can afford to buy a new wedding ring from Sterns, Galaxy or American Swiss, I will do so. Reading from other complaints I can see that NO ONE gets refunds from NWJ. I would advise anyone who has purchased from NWJ to please have their jewelery pieces checked out to ensure that the gold and diamonds or gems are real. Chances are, they are not.
