Engagement ring stone pops out and Bad Service

<p>Engagement Ring that Falls apart ???</p> <p>Bought an engagement ring and ! week the stones POPS out and everytime i take it back i must wait 4 weeks for it to return.</p> <p>Less than a week later a stone pops off. Took it to NWJ to get fixed and they did so with no problem.</p> <p> </p> <p>3 months later the centre stone is loose and one of the diamonds on the side falls off... we take the ring to NWJ .They send the ring in and we come back to collect the ring only to find it... THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING... the diamond is still loose and this is not Right</p> <p>So esentially we paid for the ring to be put in the cupboard and then givern back??? </p> <p>Either fix the ring PROPERLY!! or give me a refund so we can go buy a ring from a Proper comp</p> <p>When i asked for an exchange the manager said i must take a half the price of my ring a cheaper ring and i lose my money. this is so wrong. are you people selling fong kong jewllery and *****ing peoples money?????????????????</p>
