Engagement ring Nightmare

<p>My fiance bought my engagement ring at NWJ (George- Garden Route Mall) the ring had to me resized and made according to my ring size. We got engaged recently and then I noticed that the claws keeping the centre stone in place stood out quite above the stone and it hooked on to everything untill one of the four claws broke off. About 3 weeks ago we went back to NWJ to send the ring in for repair and was told it would take 2 and a half weeks plus there would be cost regarding the repair because the ring was almost worn a year...right in my books there isn't such a thing as almost a year, if the warranty expires 21June17 and it is still the 10th of June 17 then there is still a legal warranty on the product, right we went back and forth on that and finally got feedback that there is going to be no cost regarding the repair. On Saturday 17 June 17 I went to pick up my ring (after 3weeks) and it is still not repaired correctly, 3 of the 4 claws had been repaired and the 4th one still stands out way above the stone and is just waiting to break off yet again...I am getting married and now they are telling me I must wait another 2 and a half weeks.. I can NOT wait that long we have a engagement shoot and then the wedding geuss I must do that without the ring. I am dissapointed to say the least and think they could just speed up the process of 2 and a half weeks because nou I do not have my ring for over a month and it's their fault for not repairing it correctly in the first place.</p>
