Engagement ring
My engagement was bought from NWJ and it will now be the third time it breaks. Each time I take it in for repairs I have to pay R350.00.
Now it broke in a time span of 3 months

I would say replace the ring with a different ring of the same value but that can be the same problem with breaking.
So I want my money back.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund as the ring was purchased in 2021. We can offer to repair it or an exchange for another ring, upon production of the receipt.
