Empty Promises. Pretty box, no ring.

We placed an order for a ring, and when the delivery came, the box was EMPTY. Imagine opening a whole package and a beautifully wrapped box, only to find that there is absolutely NOTHING inside. I'm absolutely disgusted and upset by the entire exeperience.
