Do not purchase at NWJ Mall of Africa. Terrible service and very unhelpful

NWJ branch in mall of africa has given the worst service any store could offer! A ring made by them cracked. I took it in for repairs, the lady said she will send it for repairs and call me with a quotation.. 2 weeks later i still havent heard from them so i called to enquire about the ring. Turns out they cannot repair it but did not have the decency to inform me. So i asked to collect the ring, the lady said she would call me when the ring is back at the store.. a week later i still have heard nothing from them.. is this the service we should be getting for purchasing expensive jewellery?

I queried of pirchasing a different ring but no help was offered regarding that as well. Seems like they do not need customers anymore.
