DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM NWJ
If there was a star less than 1 I would give it! DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT order from NWJ Online. Their service is **********. I placed an order on the 23rd of November - it's now the 5th of December and I still have not received my order!!!! I called NWJ head office they tell me the order is complete, they going to escalate to their courier it agent. I call courier it myself, they tell me the driver is out for delivery that was in the morning, I call them in the afternoon and the driver has the wrong address?!?!?! They then tell me the driver will call me and still hasn't called. Nwj number is engaged as well. I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed at this pathetic service. Not to mention, on the 30th of November they told me they placing my order for overnight delivery, tell me how it's possible that I still haven't received it. Let's not even go to the unprofessional ism from courier it. No contact, no tracking, no communication and getting the runaround. They have the audacity to ask me if I can fetch my item. THEN WHAT IS THE POINT OF A COURIER SERVICE?

The delay is on the courier and as you were advised yesterday, As you were advised yesterday when you called the head office, that they will be following up on your item with the courier. They are still waiting for feedback and we will let you know as soon as we receive feedback. Please check your email for the tracking number which would have been sent on day of dispatch, it could have went to the Spam or Junk inbox as you have a gmail email.
