Dissapointed customer about stone falling

My hubby and I bought my wedding ring on the 26th of March for our wedding on the 2nd of July. I have only been wearing my ring for just over 2 months and this past weekend I noticed that one of the stones had fallen off.

I am utterly disappointed at you and your products.

I would like to have a refund please. I checked your reviews on Hello Peter and it seems the stones falling off is a big problem and I do not want to exchange it or repaired as chances are that we will experience the same thing again after the repair or the exchange.
