Disgusting service from NWJ/RCS and VVM

I received a statement from NWJ on 14/09/21 for the amount of R138.00 - my account hasn't been in use for about 2 years now. Last statement I received was on January 2019 and nothing in between.

So, all of a sudden, I get this 1 statement in September 2021. But along with this statement, I start being harassed by a company VVM. No emails, phone calls or anything else in between, just a plain and simple message that I will be listed for bad credit. Please bare in mind that this is 2 days after receiving my 1st statement. VVM also believes that I now already have interest accruing and apparently already owe them R153.87 - now the R15.00 difference is not my issue. My issue is based on principal. Since when do we just credit list people within 2 days of receiving a statement and when did we become so petty? I am sure that NWJ is paying VVM more than the R138.00 I owe??? I am utterly disguted.
